How to reset your AEM cmvc password

As you konw,we cann't reset our aem cmvc password on website. however,we can reset by the following step.

1.    Open a command prompt
2.    Run this command: telnet cmvc-auth-host.rchland.ibm.com
3.    Login using your AFS ID/Password
4.    Run this command: setenv DEV2000DIR /afs/rchland.ibm.com/lande/aix/cur
5.    Run this command: setenv DEV2000SITEDIR /afs/rchland.ibm.com/lande/aix/cur
6.    Run this command: /afs/rchland.ibm.com/lande/aix/cur/bin/User -modify <your_CMVC_Userid> -family [e-mail]:1312 -password
7.    When prompted...enter a password for your CMVC user
